With the power to seize children without requiring evidence, the power to prevent parents access to their children without sufficient grounds, and the protection of the Childrens Commissioner, the Ombudsman, and the Ministry of Social Development to act negligently with impunity, it is time to turn the spotlight onto CYFS, a “corporate cult”, and hold them accountable for the carnage they cause.
This blogsite is dedicated to all those people who have been bullied, intimidated, or “familially raped” by the Department of Child Youth, & Family: people, it’s time to get your power back. Please email any and all “name and shame” stories to cyfswatch@hotmail.com, and we will publish them – uncensored. Photos of any and all offending parties are welcome, together with private and public addresses, contact details, car registrations, etc. Your anonimity is guaranteed (unless you choose to publish under your own name) – theirs is not! Strenuous attempts are being made by The Ministry of Social Development to shut CYFSWATCH down (2 attempts have been made already at Google and WordPress hosting sites), so feel free to cut and paste any information of interest to your own computer if you wish.

The CYFSWATCH.BLOGSPOT.COM blog was closed down, as was the next one at CYFSWATCHNZ.WORDPRESS.COM, who also felt the wrath of the Communist actions committed by CYFS (Child Youth & Family) CEO Peter Hughes. The website justice.kiwi1960.com is now just http://www.kiwi1960.com and will feature a petition shortly calling on the Government to leave this site alone, that the people WANT debate on CYFS, and that its better to NAME and SHAME the bad social workers rather than tarring all social workers with the same brush; such a ’tarring’ is not fair to the GOOD social workers who work at CYFS. The MSD (Ministry of Social Development) should use the infornmation here to investigate the complaints. The Minister (David Benson Pope), the Childrens Commissioner (Cindy Kiro), and the Associate Minister for CYFS (Ruth Dyson) cannot hide from these complaints anymore. Whether they like it or not, this site IS NOW the Independent CYFS Complaints Authority.

If for any reason you wish to make a complaint about anything on this site, then contact kiwi@kiwi1960.com and be sure to include your name, your organisation and the nature of the complaint. Only those matters directly concerning you will be considered. If the matter is not directly concerning you, then your complaint will not proceed. We reserve the right to publish any complaint received along with the complaint outcome. This will normally only be done if there is a dispute with our findings, we will then allow the people to decide if it was fair or not. We should also mention that this complaint system is FAIRER than anything CYFS offers anyone.
CHARTER: This will be posted soon! What it should contain has not yet been decided.

Hawkes Bay Events

It is now time for me to announce Dates and times for the events coming up in Hawkes Bay
There will be a protest outside the Napier Family court on thursday 26/7/2007 from 12noon to 1pm. There will be another one outside the Hastings family court on Friday 27/7/2007. Then the Republican party will have their Hawkes Bay launch on the Saturday and Sunday 28 and 29 July, again a meeting in Napier and Hastings, but I will let them anounce thier times and venues themselves.
I am keen for as much support as possible. We have TV1 lined up to come (though whether they actually come is a bit of a lottery). I am confident we will have at least 15 people protesting and I have hopes that it may be as many as 30.
This will be a strictly legal but hard hitting protest. Anyone is welcome to come along and support us and if you want to say something on the megaphone then please talk to me about it. All reasonable contributions are welcome, we just need to take care that we stay within the law.

For those people outside of Hawkes Bay who wish to come we can probably arrange low cost or no cost accomodation. We welcome anyone who wishes to join in, including grandparents, kids, partners etc, although we do call ourselves the fathers coalition, we do welcome women, mothers, girlfriends etc.

Hay there i am disgusted in how you people work and you take children of parents that have done nothing wrong to there babys and yet you will allow dark people to kill there babys and when it comes to us white people you dont care as long as we dont have our children you guys are happy and think that you have done your job but you guys think that it is right to take children of familys. I am in the battle with you guys at the moment and i hate what you have done to me as i never hurt any of my babys and you only listen to the complaints that other people put in and dont care about the other side of the stiry you guys are HORRIBLE to the people that have done nothing wrong. All parents should start to start to protest against you and you should leave us alone. Your department should be closed down or get someone else to run it as they would be better at doing the fob.
