Privacy means Privacy.

I read an interesting article on police checking. Of course they need your permission these people cannot access PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL information without it.I worked for a big banking corporation before I became a caregiver, the Privacy Act had to be strictly adhered to. I could not give any information to anyone unless it was the actual account holder/holders (confirmed with 2 forms of identification).

To run a credit check on anyone I had to have the persons permission. Who do these social workers think they are AND they have been doing this AND getting away with it.
CFYS and the Police have become lazy in their procedures, why would the Police give information without proper procedures followed.

Ruth Dyson has said a national database will be set up to collate the complaints I say I will re-submit my complaint because I want my complaint to be collated NOT swept under the carpet.

My husband and I have a story to tell.

I think the best phrase I read which summed it up for us was in the NZ Herald on Saturday(3 Feb) said by two British social workers recruited by CYFS it said “GROSS PROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENCE”.

Yep that’s exactly it.

Don’t give up the fight: these people think we will go away well we won’t.

Great site!
